Agreement to these terms

These terms govern your use of Statlyx, the dashboard, statlyx.com, and any public kit or tracked link hosted on it. By creating an account or viewing a kit, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

What Statlyx is

Statlyx is a tool for creators to build a live, shareable media kit, personalized links a creator can send to individual brands, and view/click tracking on those links. It's provided as-is and is under active development, features may change, and some are still being built out.

Your account

  • You sign in with a magic link sent to your email, no password. Keep access to that inbox secure, anyone who can click your sign-in link can access your dashboard.
  • One account per creator. You're responsible for the accuracy of what you enter, Statlyx doesn't verify follower counts, engagement rates, or other stats you provide.
  • You must be old enough to legally enter into these terms in your country to create an account.

Your content, and your public kit

You own what you put into your kit, your name, photos, stats, rates, case studies, and everything else. By adding content, you give Statlyx the license needed to host, display, and transmit it as part of operating the Service, that's it, we don't use it for anything else.

Your kit page and everything on it is publicly visible to anyone with the link, by design, that's how a brand views it. You're responsible for only including information you're comfortable being public. You're also responsible for having the rights to anything you upload (photos, case study screenshots, brand logos, etc.).

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Enter stats or claims you know to be false, misleading, or meant to deceive a brand you're pitching.
  • Impersonate another person or brand, or misrepresent your affiliation with one.
  • Use the Service to send spam, scrape other creators' kits at scale, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
  • Upload content that's illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or that you don't have permission to use.

We can suspend or remove a kit or account that violates this section.

Connected platform accounts

If you connect a social platform account (Instagram today, with more planned), Statlyx only requests read-only access to public profile info and follower count, we never post, message, or take any action on your behalf. You can disconnect at any time from your dashboard. See the Privacy Policy for more detail on how that data is handled.

Plans, billing, and refunds

  • The Free plan costs nothing, doesn't expire, and never asks for a card.
  • Pro is $15 per month or $150 per year, billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. It renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
  • You can cancel any time from your dashboard. Pro stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan. Your kit and its links keep working.
  • If you're not happy with Pro, email us (see Contact below) within 30 days of your first payment and we'll refund that payment in full, no questions asked. Later renewals aren't refunded, except where the law requires it.
  • Pitch guarantee: if you create at least 15 tracked outreach links in your first 60 days of a paid plan and none of them records an open, email us within those 60 days for a full refund of what you've paid.
  • If we change Pro's price, we'll tell you before the new price applies, and it only takes effect at your next renewal.

Ending your account

You can stop using Statlyx at any time. Self-serve account deletion isn't available in the dashboard yet, email us (see Contact below) and we'll delete your account and kit data within 30 days. We can also suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms or the Acceptable use section above.

No warranty

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times, and we're not responsible for the accuracy of any stats or claims a creator enters, or for content on any third-party post or site a creator links to from their kit.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Statlyx isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including a missed brand deal, lost data, or lost income. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you haven't paid us anything.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Statlyx after a change means you accept the updated terms.
